The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR
The PC and console video game franchise just released The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and is getting great reviews. Players make their way through the open world, collect and upgrade items, and use sword and shield among other weapons and abilities to fight, hunt, swim, and role play as they play Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.
Fitness Potential
Fight dragons, skeletons, and battle-worn foes as you use sword and shield, arrow and quiver, and magic forces to attack up close or at a distance. Players will get a good arm and leg workout during combat when they utilize room scale, melee weapons, and punching. Crouching and ducking away from attacks is going to help you from taking damage.

Crisis on the Planet of the Apes
Based on the film franchise Planet of the Apes, Crisis on the Planet of the Apes is a first-person shooter game where you’ll be playing as an ape on the run from prison life, testing, and execution. You’ll be solo diving and also be teaming up with NPC apes to creep up and attack your captors.
Fitness Potential
Quick climbing to sneak up on or to get away from bad guys who are trying to kill you is going to give your upper body some action. Sidestepping or squatting away behind boxes or around corners from gunfire will target your lower half. Using a gun with one hand and moving around with the other will work your arms so you might want to switch up the side you’re holding it on.
If you like VR games that are FPS try playing: Superhot and OVERTURN.
