Ninja In Training
This is a family-friendly VR game that will have your family and friends competing to see who’s best at throwing ninja stars. See who can get the best throwing accuracy at stationary and moving targets.
Fitness Potential
Throwing movements use the upper body and midsection to stabilize and provide force behind a ninja star. Increase the difficulty levels to make the targets, like balloons, move faster or farther away. This is not a cardio game but could be by adding the PocketStrafe apps that turn you to your VR games into one you can run in. Overall this is a good arm day challenge if you play fast and do purposeful throwing movements.

Don’t have time for an hours-long cricket game with your best mates? Play it in VR. You’ll be in a cricket arena facing off against pitchers where you’ll be smashing runs as the batsman. Spud Cricket VR is new and still working out bugs, however, they note that there will be a floating target update soon.
Fitness Potential
In cricket, you’ll be using your upper body and midbody strength and coordination to hit the cricket ball being thrown to you by some fun and healthy looking characters. Try the easy mode if you are just beginning, medium if you want more of a challenge, and hard if you’re a seasoned cricket player. Play from a first, third, or other perspectives for increased or decreased immersion.

Funball Games VR
This is a great game night addition you can play with anyone and at any experience level. There are 6 game options to choose from: Graball, Forball, Gunball, Acuball, Bubball, and Runball. You’ll be catching and dodging balls, popping bubbles, repelling fire with a sword, and trying not to lose points and lives.
Fitness Potential
This is a low impact game that won’t make you frazzled. You’ll be using your arms and midsection to reach and block balls. This is a fun game that can count as exercise if the intensity level was cranked up a bit with difficulty options. Acuball looks like it’s an increasingly difficult game stage that will have you working harder. Runball also looks to be challenging coordination game where you’ll be dodging and hitting balls.

Armed Warrior VR
Become a medieval knight who’s up against some tough and dark magic enemies. You’ll be using your sword and shield to fight off armed guards, ranged weapons like a bow and arrow, and even a catapult in combat. Hit dragons with your arrow and block beasts throwing rocks at you from a distance. Battle against challengers that get up close for points and higher ranking.
Fitness Potential
This first and third person combat fighting game lends itself to upper and mid body activity. Using an app like PocketStrafe could make Armed Warrior into a game you can run in instead of using teleporting forward to move. 15 maps and 13 enemies give you plenty of action to fight through and medieval bad guys to conquer.
