Eternity Warriors VR
Eternity Warriors is an action and adventure game that can be played as a single or co-op multiplayer. This VR game is intense, high-charged, and violent, so it’s not a good play for young children. Adults and teens will love that they can become one of 3 characters fighting through the apocalyptic wasteland as a Warrior, Hunter, or a Gunner.
Fitness Potential
As you fight against swarms of demonic enemies, you’ll be using your entire body to block and slash fire-eyed dogs from attacking you and your friends. Or use rapid fire with your gun or arrow to kill off demonic forces as you track, duck, block, and zero in on attacks from above and below. Great for an upper, lower, and overall adrenaline packed workout.

Into the Rhythm VR
Into the Rhythm is a single player drumming game that has six drum sets for you to play on. You’ll be able to pick rock, EDM, 8-bit, and genres like pop if the mood strikes. Pick from 20 non-cheesy songs at the beginning and then use the developers mod-kit to customize your own drumming stages, upload your own music files, and add funky sound effects and patterns to the game.
Fitness Potential
Rock band ain’t got nothing on this! You’ll be immersed in a futuristic surround sound world where you’ll be drumming your way to a higher score. This VR game is great for hand-eye coordination and will give you an upper body workout just like a real drummer. The challenge of hitting the drum set at the right time and the right spot makes for a great whole arm, chest, back, and core exercise. Into the Rhythm is a standing and sitting game, but we dare you not to feel the music so much you actually begin dancing as you try to keep the beat.

Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope
Serious Sam: The Last Hope is a single player and multiplayer co-op game that is as challenging as it is intense. You’ll become Serious Sam or Serious Sammy, fighting metal sky dragons and blasting apart sci-fi inspired beasts into bloody parts on 5 planets. Use a bow and arrow and automatic weapons to blow apart endless swarms of enemies and bosses as you use your power-ups (there are 36 currently), gain skill points, and unlock up to 190 useful weapon upgrades. Join a group in an arena-style challenge where you’ll fight to survive.
Fitness Potential
This increasingly challenging action game is enough to leave anyone drenched in sweat. You’ll get a whole body workout as you fight and destroy waves of futuristic and horror-inspired aliens with 16 different weapons. Use turrets and set off bombs if you’re more of a tanky demolitions type or use lasers and quadcopters to overpower your enemy as you fight off aliens.
