Swords of Gurrah is Having a Global Tournament and There’s a Cash Prize!

Things are heating up in the world of Swords of Gurrah as it is about to launch its first global tournament with a cash prize. How much cash you ask? Well, that is up to you! However much you decide to put in. If you want to put in $50 then that goes to the prize pool. If you want to put in $0, that’s fine too. Currently, the prize pool is at $250 and signups have just begun.

The battles taking place will be 1v1 and should be extremely competitive. If you are unfamiliar with the game, it’s the first free locomotion online melee combat experience that uses unique visuals and weaponry to create an experience unlike any other in VR. It’s fast-paced and it tests both your body and your mind as you figure out ways to beat your opponent. Our full review of Swords of Gurrah will fill you in on the intricacies of the game.

Sign up for the Swords of Gurrah Tournament

Sign up for the tournament is simple enough, just follow this link https://challonge.com/cs/bsrtel4i and join the discord and ask the user named Wedin to sign you up. The battles will take place over 6 weeks and you will be responsible for making it to your match time. Time to show the VR world what you’re made of.

The games begin on August 11th. See you on the battlefield.
